CASE 11: Myxofibrosarcoma Located in the Arm

A patient presented to us with complaints of swelling and pain in the arm, and a needle biopsy revealed soft tissue sarcoma.MyxofibrosarcomaThe tumor was diagnosed and, following radiotherapy, was successfully removed, and the resulting gap was closed with a skin graft.
Preoperative: MRI shows an irregularly bordered, heterogeneous soft tissue mass in the posterior arm.

During Surgery: Clinical view before and after tumor removal.

Post-operative result: After the mass is removed, closure with a skin graft is observed.
