CASE 33: Osteosarcoma Located in the Left Iliac Wing

- 21-year-old male patient
- The patient presented with complaints of swelling and pain in the left hip.
- A patient diagnosed with osteosarcoma via closed needle biopsy of a tumor located in the left iliac crest showed no signs of metastasis in subsequent scans.
- The patient underwent arthrodesis following sacroiliac resection (Type I, II, IV).
Pre-operative examination: X-rays and CT scans show damage to the iliac crest.

Preoperative examination: MRI shows a soft tissue mass extending to the sacrum, lumbar vertebrae, and hip joint.

Postoperative: Arthrodesis with cerclage wire is performed after resection.
