CASE 17: Ewing sarcoma located in the ankle (distal fibula).

Our young male patient underwent ankle arthrodesis after wide resection following chemotherapy for distal fibula Ewing sarcoma.
Before the surgery: X-ray shows periosteal reaction laterally to the distal fibula, and clinically, swelling is observed in the same area.

Before the surgery: MRI shows surrounding soft tissue mass and edema in the same location.

Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows ankle arthrodesis following distal fibula resection.
