CASE 30: Osteosarcoma Located in the Pubic Arm

- 43-year-old female patient
- The patient presented with complaints of pain and swelling in the groin area.
- A patient diagnosed with osteosarcoma via closed needle biopsy following the detection of a mass in the left superior pubic arm on radiological examinations showed no metastasis in subsequent scans.
- The patient underwent internal hemipelvectomy and soft tissue reconstruction.
Pre-operative examination: X-ray shows irregularities, CT scan shows bone damage, and MRI shows a soft tissue component.

During the operation: Clinical appearance of the removed resected tissue.

Postoperative: X-ray shows left Type III resection performed.
