CASE 3: Recurrent Giant Cell Tumor Located in the Sacroiliac Region

- Following a relapse during follow-up, Denosumab treatment was initiated and used for 10 months.

Before the surgery: The X-ray shows irregularity and sclerosis in the right sacroiliac region.

Before the surgery: CT scans and MRIs show bone destruction in the sacroiliac region and a large, irregular mass extending into the soft tissue.

During the Surgery: The image shows the tumor being removed in one piece, along with the old scar.

Post-Surgery: After tumor removal, reconstruction is performed with cage and lumbopelvic fixation.
