  • Patient who underwent resection and proximal femur tumor prosthesis due to thigh liposarcoma.
  • External hemipelvectomy was performed due to recurrence.


Preoperative view: Proximal femur tumor prosthesis, incisions, and tumor mass are visible.

MRI shows a large soft tissue mass with widespread, irregular borders and extending into the pelvis.

The image shows the wound dressing after hemipelvectomy.
