- Patient who underwent resection and proximal femur tumor prosthesis due to thigh liposarcoma.
- External hemipelvectomy was performed due to recurrence.
Preoperative view: Proximal femur tumor prosthesis, incisions, and tumor mass are visible.
Preoperative: MRI shows a large soft tissue mass with widespread, irregular borders and extending into the pelvis.
During the operation: The image shows the wound dressing after hemipelvectomy.
Post-operative: The X-ray shows that an external hemipelvectomy was performed.
