A 14-year-old girl with a pathological fracture due to humeral osteosarcoma, who underwent external fixation and developed hand drop due to radial nerve damage, underwent extensive resection followed by reconstruction with vascularized fibula and triple tendon transfer after chemotherapy.

Our male patient, who previously received treatment for osteosarcoma located in the knee (distal femur) and was found to have metastases to the lumbar vertebrae during follow-up, underwent reconstruction with en bloc corpectomy and elevator cage + posterior instrumentation, as there were no additional metastases.
