CASE 4: Elbow (Proximal Ulna) Located Ewing Sarcoma

Our female patient, who underwent extensive resection following chemotherapy for Ewing sarcoma located in the proximal ulna and was rehabilitated with liquid nitrogen.
Before the surgery: X-ray shows sclerosis, irregularity, and periosteal reaction in the proximal ulna.

Before the surgery: MRI shows irregularity in the same location, periosteal reaction, and peritumoral edema.

During the Surgery: The incision line encompassing the biopsy tract, the removed tumor bone, the resulting cavity, and the preservation of the ulnar nerve are visible in the image.

During the Surgery: Recovery with liquid nitrogen and fixation in place with a titanium plate, along with suturing of the triceps, are observed.

Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows the recovered bone fixed with a plate.
