CASE 4: Ewing Sarcoma Located in the Left Iliac Wing

- A patient who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy for Ewing sarcoma located in the left iliac wing presented for surgery.
- No metastases were detected in the patient's scans.
- The patient underwent fibula and rod/screw reconstruction after internal hemipelvectomy.
Preoperative: MRI shows an irregularly bordered, heterogeneous tumor tissue in the medial aspect of the left iliac wing, accompanied by periosteal reaction.

During the operation: Clinical and fluoroscopy images of the removed tumor tissue.

During and After Surgery: Clinical and direct radiographic images of fibula and rod/screw reconstruction after internal hemipelvectomy.
