- The patient presented to us with pain that had been present for a while and was partially relieved by painkillers.
- The pain persists even at rest and occasionally wakes me up at night.
- Our patient, who was diagnosed with osteoblastoma based on clinical and radiological evaluation, underwent tumor excision after marking under CT guidance.
- The patient, relieved of pain that same night, was discharged without any problems.
Before the surgery: CT and MRI scans show an osteoblastoma located on the posterior right side of the sacrum.
