CASE 5: Ewing sarcoma located in the forearm (radius)

Our young male patient, who underwent extensive resection following chemotherapy for radial Ewing sarcoma and was rehabilitated with liquid nitrogen.
Before the surgery: X-ray shows irregularity and sclerosis in the distal radius, and MRI shows the surrounding soft tissue component.

During the Surgery: The clinical image of the removed tumor bone and the resulting cavity is shown.

Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows the recovered bone fixed with a plate both proximally and distally.
