CASE 23: Recurrent Chondrosarcoma Located in the Acetabulum

- 13-year-old male patient
- The patient had previously undergone surgery for chondrosarcoma located in the pubic arm, but it recurred at the level adjacent to the hip joint.
- The patient underwent reconstruction (Lumic) after internal hemipelvectomy (Type III).
Preoperative findings: X-ray shows resection, CT scan reveals irregularity and erosion in the anterior acetabulum, and MRI shows a soft tissue mass.

Surgical Procedure: The removed tissue and prosthesis implantation are shown.

Post-operative: Image shows Lumic prosthesis implantation after internal hemipelvectomy.
