- Internal hemipelvectomy and reconstruction with fibula and lumbopelvic fixation were performed following neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
Before the surgery: X-ray shows irregularity in the right iliac wing, and CT scan shows bone destruction and periosteal reaction.

Before the surgery: MRI shows tumor tissue accompanied by a soft tissue mass in the right iliac wing.

During the Surgery: The procedure involves preserving neurovascular structures after resection, and reconstruction is performed using the fibula and rod/screw.

During the Surgery: Clinical and fluoroscopic images of the resected tissue.

Post-Surgery: The image shows lumbopelvic fixation with fibula and rod/screw after internal hemipelvectomy.
