CASE 1: Ewing sarcoma located in the clavicle (collarbone)

Our young male patient underwent extensive claviculectomy (resection of the clavicle) following chemotherapy for Ewing sarcoma.
Before the surgery: MRI shows an irregularly bordered, heterogeneous soft tissue mass located in the left clavicle.

Before the surgery: X-ray shows no abnormalities, but CT scans reveal bone damage.

During the Surgery: The incision line, the removed tumor tissue, and the resulting cavity are visible.

Post-Surgery: The incision line and range of motion are visible.

Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows a left total claviculectomy operation.
