CASE 24: Osteosarcoma Located in the Left Pubic Arm and Acetabulum

- The patient presented with complaints of pain, swelling, and difficulty walking in the left groin area.
- A patient who underwent closed needle biopsy for a mass located in the pubic arm and astabulum, which was diagnosed as osteosarcoma, had no metastases detected in subsequent screenings.
- The patient underwent reconstruction with a Lumic prosthesis after internal hemipelvectomy.
Preoperative examination: X-rays and CT scans show irregularities and damage; MRI reveals a soft tissue component.

During the operation: The incision line, femoral artery-vein-nerve bundle, and resected tissue are visible.

Post-operative: Reconstruction with Lumic prosthesis after internal hemipelvectomy is shown.
