Our young male patient underwent wide resection following chemotherapy for extraskeletal intrapelvic Ewing sarcoma.
Before the surgery: MRI shows an irregularly bordered, heterogeneous tumor tissue located in the right hemipelvis.

During the Surgery: Intrapelvic anatomical structures are visible.
