- The patient has a history of repeated surgeries, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy for intrapelvic rhabdomyosarcoma.
- Internal hemipelvectomy was performed due to recurrence.
Preoperative: CT and MRI scans show irregularly bordered heterogeneous tumor tissue in the medial aspect of the left acetabulum.

During Surgery: Checking vital structures after resection.

During the operation: Clinical and radiological images of the resected tissue.

Post-operative: X-ray shows internal hemipelvectomy performed.
