CASE 22: Chondrosarcoma Located in the Left Hip (Acetabulum)

- I have had left hip and leg pain for a year.
- The patient underwent two lumbar disc herniation surgeries abroad due to incorrect diagnoses.
- The patient's symptoms worsened over time, and he or she became unable to walk.
- A patient diagnosed with chondrosarcoma via needle biopsy showed no signs of metastasis in subsequent scans.
- The patient underwent reconstruction with a Lumic prosthesis after internal hemipelvectomy.
Pre-operative examination: X-ray shows irregularity in the left acetabulum, and MRI reveals a large tumor tissue causing bone destruction.
