CASE 19: Iliac Wing Chondrosarcoma

- 45-year-old female patient
- The patient presented with complaints of pain in the left hip and difficulty walking.
- A patient who underwent needle biopsy after a mass was detected in the left iliac crest on radiological examinations, which revealed chondrosarcoma, had no metastases detected in subsequent scans.
- The patient underwent hip transposition after internal hemipelvectomy.
Pre-operative examination: X-ray shows irregularities, CT scan shows bone damage, and MRI shows a soft tissue component.

During the operation: The image shows the placement of a tumor prosthesis after resection and suturing with prolene mesh.

Post-operative: X-ray shows hip transposition with prosthesis after internal hemipelvectomy.
