CASE 3: Ewing sarcoma located in the arm (humerus)

Our young male patient, who underwent extensive resection following chemotherapy for Ewing sarcoma located in the humerus and was rehabilitated with liquid nitrogen.
Before the surgery: MRI shows a heterogeneous soft tissue mass causing cortical depression in the anterior distal humerus; PET-CT shows increased activity.

During the Surgery: The clinical image of the removed tumor bone and the resulting cavity is shown.

During the Surgery: The image shows bone being recovered from soft tissue using liquid nitrogen, then repositioned and fixed with a plate.

Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows the recovered bone fixed with a double plate.
