Before the surgery: The X-ray shows damage to the upper end of the humerus, and the MRI shows tumor tissue completely filling that area.

Post-surgery: The X-ray shows the procedure of removing the tumorous portion of the bone in one piece with clean margins, filling the resulting cavity with bone cement, and reinforcing it with a closed titanium nail.
