CASE 26: Lung cancer metastasis to the left hip (proximal femur)

Before the surgery: X-ray shows lytic lesions in the left proximal femur, and MRI also shows a soft tissue component of the tumor that has extended beyond the bone.
During and after the biopsy: The fluoroscopy shows the biopsy procedure, and the postoperative X-ray shows the implantation of a left proximal femur tumor prosthesis.
