Before the surgery: X-ray, MRI, and CT scans show a mass lesion and significant damage in the posterior aspect of the left hip joint.

During the operation: The image shows the removal of tumor tissue, reconstruction of the remaining space with titanium anatomical plates and cages, and the application of a cemented hip prosthesis.

Post-surgery: The X-ray shows a total hip replacement implanted with acetabulum cemented with a titanium plate and ring.
