Before the surgery: X-rayhThere are lytic lesions in both acetabulum and the left pelvis (The patient previously had a nail implanted due to a fracture).

During the operation: The image shows the placement of the radiofrequency ablation probe at the metastatic focus in the left pelvic bone.

During the operation: The image shows tumor focus removal and cement application via open surgery into both acetabulums.

Post-surgery: The image shows closed cementation after RF ablation of the left pelvic bone, cementation after cleaning of metastatic foci in both acetabulums, and application of titanium plates.
