CASE 3: Lung cancer metastasis caused fracture in the right arm (upper end of the humerus) bone.

Before the surgery: X-ray shows destruction and fracture of the superior end of the right humerus, and MRI shows widespread edema accompanied by a metastatic focus extending beyond the bone.
Post-surgery: A cemented proximal humerus tumor prosthesis implanted in the superior end of the right humerus is shown.
