CASE 29: Risk of fracture in the right hip due to breast cancer metastasis, fracture in the left hip.

Before the surgery: X-rays and MRIs show extensive metastasis causing damage to the upper part of the right femur and a fracture in the left hip.
Post-surgery: The X-ray shows cementation and closed pinning after tumor removal on the right side, and partial cementation of the hip prosthesis after removal of the fractured and tumorous bone fragment on the left side.
