CASE 36: Fracture development in the left thigh bone (femur) due to prostate cancer metastasis.

Before the surgery: X-ray shows irregularity in the mid-region of the left femur, a fracture and angulation at the superior end, and MRI shows tumor tissue filling almost the entire left femur and extending beyond the bone in the mid-region, along with the fracture line and surrounding edema.

Post-surgery: The X-ray shows intramedullary nail placement after the fracture was closed.
