Our young male patient underwent extensive resection and reconstruction with modular tumor prosthesis due to distal femoral osteosarcoma.
Before the surgery: X-ray shows irregularity and damage in the medial distal femur.

Before the surgery: The CT scan shows the bone destruction in more detail.

Before the surgery: The MRI shows a soft tissue component and surrounding edema.

During the Surgery: Clinical and fluoroscopy images of the removed tumor tissue.

During Surgery: The incision line and the modular prosthesis applied after tumor removal are shown.

Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows the modular prosthesis that was implanted after the tumor was removed.
