CASE 25: Distal Femur Osteosarkom
- Hits: 125
Our 27-year-old female patient underwent extensive resection and reconstruction with tumor prosthesis due to distal femoral osteosarcoma.
Before the surgery: X-ray shows an irregular mass causing bone destruction in the lateral part of the distal femur.

Before the surgery: MRI shows an accompanying non-osseous soft tissue mass in the same location.

During the Surgery: Clinical and fluoroscopy images of the removed tumor tissue.

Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows the distal femur tumor resection prosthesis that was implanted.
