Our young female patient underwent extensive resection and reconstruction with vascularized fibula due to parosteal osteosarcoma located in the femoral diaphysis.
Before the surgery: MRI shows tumor tissue with regular borders originating from the anterior surface of the femoral diaphysis.

During the Surgery: The image shows the application of a vascularized fibula after resection and fixation with a titanium plate.

Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows the application of a vascularized fibula after resection and fixation with a double plate.
