CASE 28: Osteosarcoma located in the knee (distal femur)

Our young female patient, who underwent hemicortical resection following chemotherapy for distal femoral medial osteosarcoma, was rehabilitated with liquid nitrogen and combined with fibula restoration.

Before the surgery: X-ray shows irregularity in the medial distal femur, and MRI shows destruction in the same location and tumor tissue extending into the soft tissue.
