CASE 16: Pubic Arm Osteosarcoma

- The patient presented with complaints of pain and swelling in the groin area.
- A patient diagnosed with osteosarcoma via closed needle biopsy following the detection of a mass in the left superior pubic arm on radiological examinations showed no metastasis in subsequent scans.
- The patient underwent internal hemipelvectomy and soft tissue reconstruction.
Before the surgery: X-rays show irregularities, CT scans reveal bone damage, and MRIs show a soft tissue component.

During the Surgery: Clinical image of the removed resected tissue.

Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows a left Type III resection being performed.
