Our young female patient underwent extensive resection and tumor prosthesis reconstruction following chemotherapy for distal femoral osteosarcoma.
Before the surgery: The X-ray shows irregularity and damage in the distal femur.

Before the surgery: The MRI shows tumor tissue filling the bone and surrounding edema in the same location.

During the Surgery: Clinical image of the resection material.

Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows the distal femur tumor prosthesis implanted after resection.
