CASE 2: Proximal Humerus (Arm) Located Osteosarcoma

Reconstruction of classic osteosarcoma located in the proximal humerus with modular tumor prosthesis after wide resection (extra-articular).
Before the surgery: X-ray shows an irregularly bordered sclerotic lesion located in the proximal humerus; MRI shows it fills almost the entire inside of the bone; scintigraphy shows intensely increased activity.
Post-Surgery: The X-ray shows a modular tumor prosthesis implanted after tumor resection.
